Small, average, quiet. Okay but not a place to bring a group or plan to have a meeting. Too small to really have a conversation with anyone without everyone hearing your conversation. Looking for a quiet small coffee shop - this would be it

I'm giving a rating of 1 due to the owner not being the friendliest of people. He wasn't thrilled about my questions, when most owners are excited to talk about their business. I heard positive things about Proper Joe's and was excited to have moved down the street hoping to make it my new go to spot and possibly a new job opportunity, I have been a barista for five years and this will not be a spot I come to again. I still tipped and said thank you even though because it is the right thing to do when someone handcrafts a drink, rude or not in my opinion. This was an unfortunate experience.

I love Proper Joe! After moving to the area, it was difficult to find a good sit down coffee shop. Proper Joe checks all the boxes. The staff is great, the coffee is delicious and there are good snacks too!
